You will be responsible for patient treatment, management, assessment, and ongoing reviews. This includes crisis assessment, development of risk management plans, and engaging the patient in the development of their mental health recovery plans including referrals to other service needs, discharge planning, and liaison with external stakeholders. Classifications for this position will be RPN Grade 3 NP81 – NP74 ($99,439.60 - $110,432.40 per annum, pro-rata). Port Phillip Prison is a maximum security male prison accommodating approximately 1107 inmates and is situated 20 km West of Melbourne. St. John’s inpatient unit is a 40 bed subacute medical ward providing a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
