Psychologists from all different stages of their careers are encouraged to apply! Key Benefits: Remuneration: Subcontracting or Permanent remuneration packages available. Earn a hourly rate of between $100-$140 per session with a 60/40 split in a subcontracting arrangement or between $80k-$110k as a permanent employee. Administrative Support: Full administration support to assist in your day to day duties such as booking and rescheduling of appointments as well as billings. Supportive Team Dynamics: Enjoy the professional camaraderie and support of a multidisciplinary team that values continuous learning and collaboration. Professional Development: Endless opportunities for professional development and career progression such as peer supervision, clinical registry supervision, monthly CPD Sessions. Caseload: Treat clients of all ages from private, GP, NDIS and all major referral streams with conditions including Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Depression, Anxiety, Life Transitions. Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a balanced schedule that promotes flexibility and work-life balance. Your duties will include: Deliver exceptional therapeutic services, including counselling and assessment to clients through either Medicare, NDIS or private referrals. Build and manage relationships and correspondence with referring doctors and other allied health practitioners. Maintaining of case notes, file management and the upholding of all required legal and ethical standards.
