Job Overview We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Care Sales Consultant to join our team. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining client relationships, focusing on sales growth and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will thrive in a client-facing position and possess a strong background in both B2B and B2C sales within the healthcare or consultancy sectors. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and effective communication. Build rapport to ensure long-term client retention and satisfaction. Transition clients into retained accounts, focusing on achieving annual purchase targets. Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and deliver impactful sales proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target markets and support sales initiatives. Qualifications Proven experience in business development or sales. Strong track record in both B2B and B2C sales. Exceptional client relationship management and ability to identify business opportunities. Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
