Ongoing/ full-time position at our vibrant Hawthorn campus HEW 7 opportunity + 17% super | Hybrid working arrangements About the Role Join Swinburne University as a Regulatory & Integrity Specialist and play a pivotal role in managing key regulatory and integrity frameworks that ensure the University's operations align with legal and regulatory standards.This position offers a dynamic opportunity to support the University's legal and regulatory services, overseeing processes such as complaints, reviews, appeals, misconduct (CRAM), Conflict of Interest management and reporting, Freedom of Information, privacy, delegations, and National Security frameworks, including countering foreign interference in the Australian university sector.As the Regulatory & Integrity Specialist, you will manage incoming cases, requests, and submissions, ensuring efficient and timely resolution through collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for maintaining databases, handling enquiries, and overseeing records management, while providing expert guidance and support to staff to help them meet their responsibilities within these frameworks.Additionally, you will contribute to embedding a strong culture of regulatory integrity throughout the University, assisting with training, resource development, and promoting best practices. Demonstrated ability to administer processes and systems. Demonstrated ability to interpret procedures and work instructions and relate them to the relevant tasks. Demonstrated ability to solve problems including adapting work practices. Demonstrated organisational and time management skills including the ability to plan ahead, ability to work under pressure, prioritise multiple tasks and display thoroughness, sound judgment and attention to detail, with the ability to follow tasks through to completion. Qualifications Relevant Bachelor level qualifications with at least 4 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
