Join our Regulatory Operations Change Team, who delivers transaction reporting obligations globally across Macquarie specific to over the counter derivatives. Our team is dedicated to ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements by effectively managing and delivering transaction reporting projects. As a Project Manager based in Sydney, you will collaborate closely with global stakeholders across Business, Compliance, Risk, Operations, vendors, and technology to deliver a range of transaction reporting projects across global regions. You are responsible for end-to-end planning, executing, and completing projects that meet global regulatory commitments. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your role includes ensuring regulatory compliance, managing resources, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. Effective communication and strong leadership skills are essential to successfully manage project risks and changes. What you offer Demonstrated experience in taking accountability and delivering projects within the financial services sector Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills Proven ability to establish effective working relationships and manage expectations Experience in delivering projects through geographically dispersed teams Ability to drive for outcomes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Experience in regulatory industries specific to over the counter derivatives transaction reporting will be highly regarded.
