We are looking for an Assessment Specialist. Due to exciting business growth, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Rehabilitation Consultant, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Registered Psychologist, to join our dynamic team of allied health professionals. We specialise in providing expert assessments in the Life Insurance scheme and are seeking a dedicated professional with a passion for supporting individuals through detailed and accurate evaluations. Your Role: As a Specialist Assessor, you will play a key role in conducting comprehensive Employability Assessments, ETE Assessments, Transferable Skills Assessments, and Occupational Analyses. You will be working with a diverse range of clients, where your expertise will ensure the delivery of clear, informed, and actionable reports that align with the needs of the Life Insurance scheme. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting both desktop-based and interview-based assessments, tailoring your approach to the unique needs of each referral. Applying your knowledge to problem-solve complex cases and provide well-reasoned, evidence-based decisions. Writing comprehensive reports that clearly justify your conclusions, highlighting the most relevant findings. Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to contribute to holistic, client-focused outcomes. You hold tertiary qualifications in rehabilitation counselling or psychology. 5 years’ experience completing assessments, with expertise in Life Insurance or related fields. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering robust, high-quality reports. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively. You possess current ASORC or AHPRA registration.
