About the Role As a Relationship Credit Assistant Manager in our Agribusiness Industry, you’ll play a key role in helping our team in Esperance that support customers in the South Coast of WA to continue to have a high reputation in the market with fast turnaround time. This role is responsible for credit analysis and customer support, working closely with Senior Relationship Credit Manager and Senior Relationship Manager. You will also ensure sound risk management is maintained for the portfolio and will require a close working relationship with credit partners and product specialists. Role Type: PermanentRole Location: Flexible with location but preferably in Esperance, Perth, or BunburyWork Hours: Full-time What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Relevant banking experience and tertiary qualification (accounting preferred) Understanding of cash flow analysis and forecasting techniques, strong MS Excel skills required Credit Analysis: The ability to assess a customer's ability to fulfill their credit obligations, considering both qualitative and quantitative factors such as character, capital, capacity to repay, collateral (security) and conditions (the 5Cs of credit). Demonstrated customer service skills (internal and external) Enthusiastic approach and keenness to learn and develop Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Agribusiness knowledge preferred, but not required You’re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
