We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients across Australia and New Zealand. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of B2B payments, driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities Strategic Client Management – Serve as the primary point of contact for a high-value portfolio, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring customer success. Revenue Growth & Business Development – Achieve portfolio targets by managing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities. Commercial Strategy Execution – Develop and implement data-driven action plans, collaborating cross-functionally to maximize portfolio performance. Market Expansion & Partnerships – Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including alliances, partnerships, and expansion into new verticals. Advisory & Thought Leadership – Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through WEX’s innovative B2B payment solutions to drive strategic transformation. Governance & Reporting – Accurately monitor, forecast, and analyze revenue streams, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Skills & Experience Required Minimum 5 years’ experience in relationship management, sales, or business development. Strong background in payments, financial services, or the travel industry. Proven track record of exceeding KPIs and revenue targets. Expertise in contract negotiation, financial analysis, and commercial strategy. Strong ability to develop and execute complex deal negotiations at an executive level. Experience collaborating across cross-functional and global teams. Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills. Business travel capability as required. A graduate degree in Business is advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr
