Relationship Manager - Commercial Property Lending Opportunity to join a growing private credit fund in a role focused on origination and structuring of commercial real estate deals. This growing global private credit fund is expanding into NSW and is interested in recruiting a Relationship Manager to establish and grow their Sydney presence. The firm focuses on commercial property lending from $1mil - $30mil and requires someone with strong networks and relationships in that space. The role of the Relationship Manager will be to generate transactions as well as structure and execute. Over time, the position will be required to hire an ARM / Credit Analyst. Responsibilities: Manage and grow a portfolio of real estate clients/transactions in the sub $30mil space Business Development across the real estate sector in NSW Build strong relationships within NSW Structure and execute commercial property transactions Requirements: Experience working as a Relationship Manager or BDM within a bank or non-bank lender, specifically focusing on commercial property Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong existing network in NSW Ability to analyze financial statements and structure property deals This role provides the opportunity for someone from a bank or private credit fund to build and grow out a commercial property loan book in NSW.
