Our clients are not-at-fault drivers who have been in a motor vehicle accident. They’ve just been through an incredibly stressful experience and now need to figure out how to get a replacement vehicle while theirs is being fixed, deal with insurance companies and they have no idea where to begin. That’s where we come in! We put our customers in a replacement vehicle and work with them, insurers and repairers, taking the hassle out of it for them. About the role and you We’re seeking motivated and dynamic individuals for two exciting opportunities in our Hurstville branch: Tuesday–Saturday, 9am–6pm This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to contribute to a high-performing team that values collaboration and excellence. As a key member of our team, you’ll serve as the vital connection between our repairer network, Sales, Branch, and Operations teams. You'll be the first point of contact for repairers and play an integral role in ensuring smooth communication and support. You’ll also have opportunities to get out on the road and engage directly with stakeholders, adding variety to your role. We’re looking for someone who: Communicates clearly and confidently, with a knack for building strong relationships. Can juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Has a positive, can-do attitude, and is eager to learn and grow. Thrives in problem-solving situations and can adapt to changing circumstances. Experience & Skills: While prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role is advantageous, it is not mandatory. What’s most important is your willingness to learn, your ability to organize your time effectively, and your drive to succeed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook is preferred. Why Join Us?
