Which brings us to the next bit… A little bit about the opportunity: We are looking for a Relief Lifestyle Manager to support the communities in our Geelong region. This role will lead the way in delivering an extraordinary homeowner experience and set the stage for exceptional service, combining top-notch operational performance, health and safety standards with seamless community support. With a background in outstanding service delivery, you'll be the driving force behind consistent support for current Lifestyle Managers, while also spearheading the onboarding and training of new talent. Your creativity and leadership will shine as you help plan and launch exciting new product and service initiatives, ensuring our operational excellence continues to lead the industry. What you need to be successful in the role: Seamlessly step into the Lifestyle Manager role, ensuring exceptional service and homeowner experiences. Provide targeted coaching to Lifestyle Managers, reinforcing operational excellence, compliance, and behavioral standards. Ability to work autonomously and remotely. Demonstrated ability to execute a service strategy that ensures high customer satisfaction. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. A passion and determination to achieve measurable results. Support Lifestyle Managers by covering for annual and sick leave.
