Very well-run, busy 27-room motel is looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, and energetic relief management couple who are customer-focused and proactive in driving business improvement to call this motel home from 22nd February 2025 for 2-3 months . All linen is outsourced. Housekeeping staff are in place, and managers may need to assist as required. Managers may also need to assist with stripping of rooms, removing rubbish, and placing clean linen in rooms when the motel is busy. All the standard front office motel management responsibilities apply. Managers need to run the motel as per the standard operating procedures in place, including weekly and monthly reconciliations and reporting. No pool. Gardens and motel grounds must be maintained and kept neat and tidy. Day-to-day building/room maintenance is required. Currently servicing continental breakfasts only – but this will be phased out. Sorry, no pets. Guestpoint FOS – must be competent. Accommodation included – 3-bedroom fully furnished residence above reception. $330 per day.
