The Company BelgraviaPRO is a management services company specialising in the operation of tourism properties, from campgrounds to large-scale tourist parks. We also offer Park Manager training through the company’s very successful RTO. Park management presents exciting, flexible, and highly rewarding careers. Belgravia PRO is rapidly growing and is looking for a passionate and inspiring couple to manage Campgrounds across Northern NSW. The Role We're currently recruiting an experienced management team who are highly customer-focused, have a can-do attitude, and are equally passionate about guest and local community engagement, delivering exceptional visitor experiences. The successful applicants must have a commercial mindset and a creative flair for local marketing and community engagement. Responsibilities include: Being accountable for all business operations and guest experience Being hands-on and possessing a positive can-do attitude Cleaning amenities, cabins, and campground General handyman skills are an absolute must Cleaning of fire pits Overseeing and working in the Kiosk on site Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Leading and supervising small teams Being accountable for the financial outcomes of the business Achievement of agreed KPIs A strong Australian-based support office and local management teams support our park managers in all areas of WHS, holiday park legislation, IT, and HR, allowing Park Managers to focus on delighting guests. Selection Criteria An energetic and enthusiastic, hands-on approach Proven experience in a similar role Outstanding customer service Familiarity with Rez Expert computerized booking system and good computer skills Willingness to learn and apply our systems and processes Well-developed communication, organization, administration, and management skills Demonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders in a professional manner Availability to work across a roster which may include public holidays, weekends, early mornings, and evenings.
