Job Description
The position of Temporary Relief Teacher is a casual position where individuals are called on a short-term basis to cover permanent teaching staff who are away from their class. Temporary Relief Teacher positions are available in the Pre-School , Junior School (Reception - Year 6), Middle School (Years 7 - 10), and Senior School (Years 11 - 12). Applicants for these positions must be registered to teach in South Australia and be available at short notice. This role suits people who can quickly establish a positive rapport with students, possess good student and classroom management skills, and are flexible, adapting swiftly to changing circumstances. The successful applicant must have the right to work in Australia and will be subject to satisfactory employment screening and background checks, including working with children checks.
