What you will do: Undertake comprehensive mental, social and physical assessments of individuals with serious mental illness. Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients, carers, and healthcare professionals. Provide acute assessment and intervention for individuals experiencing psychiatric crises or at risk of self-harm. Engage in case management and comprehensive documentation for seamless care delivery. Coordinate and facilitate therapy sessions, providing education for clients and their families. Contribute to policy and service development, ensuring compliance with mental health regulations. Work in partnership with other health providers to ensure an integrated approach to mental health care. Promote mental health awareness and contribute to community education initiatives.
