The Organisation has fostered a close-knit family culture that is committed to securing and delivering new-build, fit-out & asset solution projects. THE ROLE: Due to newly won projects and internal team movements, we are seeking to appoint a Remedial Site Manager to oversee several asset upgrades projects which could entail façade upgrades, re-cladding works, waterproofing upgrades, and concrete/structure remediation. RESPONSIBILITIES: Take ownership and lead site safety management Supervise and coordinate various remedial sub-contractors Read, interpret designs and ensure correct delivery of plans Monitor program and lead the team to meet project milestones Quality assure and lead the rectification of defects YOU: Relevant tertiary education/qualification in Construction OR Trade background Strong track record in a similar role working with a reputable Tier 2 OR Tier 3 Head Contractor Experience working on new-build, asset solutions, or insurance projects valued up to $30M Team player who is an all-rounder and can get in and get the job done!
