Highlighted Duties: Handle caseload from inception to completion Advise clients concerning their claims or defense of claims, legal rights, and obligations. Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for clients Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for the presentation of cases. Investigate, interview, and gather evidence to formulate a defense Prepare and draft legal documents including briefs and opinions Negotiate settlements and mediations Regularly handle court appearances and depositions Communicate with clients and provide status reports Highlighted Requirements: 3+ years of injury litigation experience Must have an IN license Strongly prefer a KY license or the ability to obtain Excellent writing and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced but team-oriented environment Experience with discovery, depositions, pleadings, research, investigations and mediation Must be able to communicate often with clients and other providers This information is a brief job summary for recruiting purposes only and does not constitute the entire job description, duties, or requirements.
