About the Role: We are looking for a Renewals Manager (RM) to lead renewal efforts within a Commercial/Mid-Market book of business. In this role, you will engage with senior C-level stakeholders, manage contract negotiations, and develop tailored renewal strategies. Working within our collaborative Sales and Customer Success teams, you will oversee a commercial-level (100 - 1,000 users) renewal pipeline, mitigating churn risks and helping uncover potential upsell opportunities. You will have the autonomy to try new things, work on projects and play a significant part in both maintaining and growing our current customer revenue. What you’ll be doing: Strategic Planning: Develop and execute renewal strategies for a high-volume of accounts (apx 100 per quarter), balancing customer needs with business objectives. Pipeline Management: Strategically manage a comprehensive renewal pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and addressing bottlenecks using CRM tools like SFDC. Enhanced Customer Engagement: Lead communication with C-level stakeholders, resolving complex concerns and influencing decision-making processes. Renewal Management: Handle both complex and transactional SaaS agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance across CRM systems. Revenue Expansion: Identify account growth opportunities and collaborate with AMs for seamless execution. What you bring to our Camp: Experience working in a high volume Renewals, Sales or Customer Success position (we are open to candidates with SDR backgrounds!) Ability to manage a high number of accounts/opportunities while maintaining focus on goals Strong negotiation and analytical skills. Bonus: Proficiency in CRM tools like SFDC and/or Vitally.
