Job Opportunity: Reporting & Data Manager (Fixed Term) We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Reporting & Data Manager to join BGIS on a fixed-term basis based in Sydney CBD. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring compliance, service delivery, and the efficient reporting of data within the scope of our contracts. Key Responsibilities: Ensure management, reporting, and service delivery compliance with contractual obligations. Maintain and oversee MIS/CMMS systems in collaboration with account managers. Act as the primary point of contact for all Requests for Information. Manage statutory compliance, ensuring timely and accurate reporting for both internal and client requirements. Analyze and report on contract performance, including financial data and service delivery KPIs. Develop and manage BGIS processes, ensuring consistency with business systems. Collaborate with the Facilities Management team to improve performance and service delivery. Qualifications & Experience: Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint). Demonstrated experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and producing management, financial, and performance reports. Ability to analyze complex property and financial data, specifically KPIs. Experience in facilities management or a related industry. High School Certificate (essential); Tertiary qualifications in facilities management or related field (desirable).
