About the Role As the Reporting & Data Analyst in Group Integrity, you’ll play a key role in producing operational data, insights and reporting for GI. This role includes identifying and implementing process improvements to promote documentation and operational excellence. The role will also be responsible for managing and triaging new case referrals in the centralised GI inbox.Role Location: Melbourne VICRole Type: Permanent, Full time What will your day look like? As the Reporting & Data Analyst, you are accountable for: Developing and maintaining reporting systems and ensuring timely and accurate reporting, building and/or running both regular and ad hoc reports, contributing to both operational and management reporting and insights. Continuous improvement of our data and reporting, supporting data-driven initiatives. Ensuring timely reporting is provided on Group Integrity investigations, to support team performance and capacity planning. Establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders and being the initial point of contact for internal stakeholders. Providing active intake management, initial triage and allocation of investigation cases. Identifying potential process/service enhancements, documenting and implementing recommendations. Lead and coordinate internal ‘well managed’ activities. What will you bring? To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following: Highly proficient in Excel, QlikView, QlikSense, and Posit. Ability to analyse large data sets with a high level of attention to detail and to use the data to create meaningful, actionable insights. Proven experience in processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis. Excellent planning, coordinating, collaboration and prioritisation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills. Good interpersonal and relationship building skills. Proactive and able to help shape and uplift our data, reporting and insights capability. You’re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
