Explore exciting opportunities and be part of our Camperdown story! About the role We are seeking applications from a highly motivated and enthusiastic Reservations / Group Manager. You will work together with the Front office team to anticipate and deliver an exceptional experience to all guests. You get to collaborate with all departments, including but not limited to: Management, Housekeeping, Front Office, Sales, Maintenance and all Food & Beverage; to execute stunning service to our guests. The Duties & Responsibilities: Process all reservations, cancellations and amendments to bookings. Keep abreast of current Sydney & surrounding suburb trends, experiences and product knowledge to create a customized experience for your guests every time. Maintain a proactive and positive approach to the role in order to achieve success. Answer all reservation & group inquiries individually and enthusiastically following the established hotel telephone communication guidelines. Be knowledgeable and understand current room rates, promotions & product definitions. Anticipate and exceed our guest’s desires at all times. You are eager to grow your skill set and learn about hotels to grow your career. Previous experience in Reservations/Groups beneficial.
