Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing reservations team. Manage and enhance the reservation process for 200+ venues across Australia and New Zealand. Resolve escalations and ensure a seamless customer experience. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive innovation and efficiency.
