Through our industry-leading Resident Club Management Company, we currently operate nine clubs across Melbourne, with a strong commitment to fostering vibrant, connected communities. We are excited to announce the upcoming launch of Club Alamora , a brand-new private residential club in Tarneit, set to open in May. We are now seeking an experienced and energetic Club Manager to join us commencing early April to lead the club’s launch and ongoing success. About the Role As the Club Manager , you will play a pivotal role in establishing and managing the daily operations of Club Alamora , which features a state-of-the-art gym, swimming pools, a large function area, and a multipurpose room . This is a rare opportunity to build and lead a small team, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and create a welcoming and engaging community environment. Your key responsibilities will include: Overseeing the successful opening and daily operations of the club Recruiting, training, and leading a passionate team Delivering exceptional member experiences through outstanding customer service Managing facility bookings, events, and activities to foster community engagement Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and operational standards Collaborating with Quantum CM Solutions to drive innovation and continuous improvement What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a proactive leader who embodies our team values and is committed to excellence.
