Residential Aged Care Physiotherapist: Chirnside, Dingley Village and South-East 16 hours per week available. Based in Dingley Village Residential Aged Care facility. As a Physiotherapist with Empower, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of Musculoskeletal, Neurological, and Cardiorespiratory clients.Working in a supportive team environment, you will be responsible for the delivery of Empower Healthcare's comprehensive services across 3 x Residential Aged Care facilities in East, South and South-Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. You will: Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver tailored physiotherapy treatment plans for clients Work holistically with other allied health professionals to provide a multidisciplinary care plan Educate clients and their families to optimise their ability to live healthy lives Liaise with facility to ensure effective communication Work autonomously to prioritise and complete tasks, maintain records and provide patient reports Do you have what it takes?
