Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facility Manager to join our team at Lead Group Healthcare. As the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team and providing oversight to the daily running and ongoing success of our NFP Residential Aged Care Facility on Philip Island VIC. The successful candidate will have strong operational management skills, with the ability to create an environment where staff love to work and residents love to live.
