Base pay range A$150,000.00/yr - A$160,000.00/yr Aged Care & Centralised Support Recruitment - Permanent | Contract | Exclusive & Retained Opportunity to lead and operate a medium residential aged care home Reputable organisation, working with a leading NFP provider in New South Wales Supportive and dedicated team as well as central head office with additional support Work within a coastal town not far from the pristine beaches of the Mid North Coast Attractive salary and benefits on offer including relocation and sign on bonus! The Company A reputable organisation providing care services within aged care, community home care services and hospital services. They are a compassionate organisation providing key healthcare services, this role falls into their residential aged care entity. This role is nestled on the coastline of the Mid North Coast of New South Wales. The Opportunity Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operations and improvements of this medium sized facility. You will have a dedicated clinical management team that you oversee as part of this residential home. Ideally, you will be a well-seasoned Residential Manager with recent experience in a similar position and be a resilient, hands-on leader across this residential site. Your primary purpose will be to lead the operations of the home and improve quality care outcomes of this facility while building and maintaining a positive, collaborative culture and environment across the site including being instrumental in the implementation of a range of workforce initiatives to develop and support staff. Duties Daily operational management of the facility Maintain occupancy and budget requirements Ensure the services are meeting targets per funding and promptly identifying risks Building key stakeholder partnerships in the community Provide leadership & direction to staff members for high quality client service delivery Ensure resident lifestyle & care needs are met Ensure quality & accreditation guidelines are met Actively promote a culture of excellence Skills and Experience Current AHPRA registration Working experience across Residential Aged Care Recent experience in a Residential Manager or in a similar position Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Aged Care Funding Systems and Accreditation Standards Experience managing staff and providing support to teams as well as skillsets across HR, Finance and Risk and Compliance Ability to support a multi-disciplinary team Strong customer and stakeholder management skills Application Process If you would like to be considered for this position, please apply with a copy of your up to date CV to or for a confidential discussion please call Sharleen Crooks on 0430 048 927.
