The opportunity Our Resort Operations Attendants are our 'Jack or Jill-of-all-Trades'. As members of our Assets & Operations team, their main role is to ensure the day-to-day operations of the resort run smoothly. Daily tasks vary from: traffic management, snow clearing, driving shuttles, rubbish collection & management, cleaning, assisting the Visitor Experience team with daily setup and pack-up routines. Given the majority of your work will be completed outdoors, you'll need to bring your love for nature with you. We will provide you with snow pants, a jacket, and boots for the season to keep you warm. As a small, family-friendly resort, customer service is always at the forefront of everything we do. All our staff are required to pitch in and help out across departments to ensure our guests have the best experience possible. Lake Mountain Alpine Resort is a family-oriented snow play park and has the distinction of being the closest alpine snow resort to Melbourne, just a short 2-hour drive from the city centre. Medium rigid licence (bus driving) Traffic management/control ticket (desirable) OHS induction certificate / white card (desirable) Physically capable of taking on manual labour in potentially harsh conditions. The successful candidate will be required to: Have full Australian working rights. International applicants are required to obtain their own visa with valid Australian work rights. Currently hold or be willing to obtain a Victorian Working with Children Check – Employee type. Have an Australian drivers licence (Victorian licence preferred).
