Lift Operator, Parking & Chain - Entry level position, training provided, alpine lifestyle, Mt Baw Baw Alpine Ski Resort. 10th February, 2025 The opportunity: No experience...no worries....we will train you! Within our Resort Operations team, we provide on-the-job training to become a valued member of the crew in one of these sub-departments: Lift Operation Team Parking & Chains Team The Lift Operation Team is responsible for assisting our guests in reaching the alpine peaks and maintaining the ski areas and tow lines to ensure a safe and exhilarating trip down the slope! The Parking & Chains Team is responsible for fitting car chains and managing parking during our busy periods. Both positions play an important role in ensuring our guests have a memorable day at the resort, so we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional and friendly customer service. Since you will be working outdoors, we will provide you with snow pants, a jacket, and boots for the season! Life at Mt Baw Baw isn't all work...we encourage you to take the time to learn/improve your skiing/boarding skills on our beautifully manicured snow slopes during your days off. Available to work weekends and school holidays. Available from June to 30 September (or the declared snow season) The successful candidate will be required to: Have full Australian working rights. Currently hold or be willing to obtain a Victorian Working with Children Check – Employee type Have an Australian driver’s licence (Victorian licence preferred) Satisfactorily pass a police check and random drug & alcohol tests.
