Permanent, Full Time position located at beautiful Torquay Provide specialist rostering expertise and best practice leadership Join a purpose-led organisation and enjoy the benefits of NFP salary packaging About the role Maintain rostering system ensuring accurate and timely data entry for more than 100 employees to ensure a smooth transition to the payroll system. Assist with filling vacant shifts on the roster. Provide reception duties including meeting and greeting residents, their families, staff, and other customers and directing them appropriately, answering telephone calls, transferring calls, and taking messages, directing enquiries as appropriate and in a timely manner; Manage and maintain filing system ensuring all documents are filed in a systematic, organised manner; About you Essential Extensive experience in rostering, time and attendance management, administration and customer service High level of computer literacy – MS Outlook, Word, Excel and time and attendance or HRIS systems Highly developed level of interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with residents, families, staff and volunteers; with patience, common sense and an understanding of quality service delivery Demonstrated ability to operate with discretion and maintain complete confidentiality Experience at recognising, prioritising and actioning emergency or critical response to issues/needs arising Proven experience in problem solving and decision making Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Desirable Relevant experience working in, or an understanding of and sensitivity to, the issues related to older people and the not-for-profit environment; Knowledge of AN-ACC funding, the Aged Care Act and other related legislation.
