An exciting, available immediately start opportunity has arisen for a Resourcing Consultant to join a top-tier law firm's in-house recruitment team on a 6-month fixed term contract. This role offers the chance to manage the end-to-end recruitment life-cycle for a variety of corporate and commercially focused positions - concentrating on Tech roles. Resourcing Consultant Salary: Up to $120,000 package (depending on experience) Location: Sydney CBD - stunning offices! Immediate start - maximum 1 week notice period required - please do not apply if you have more than 2 weeks notice period to give, this is an immediate start! Please note - ideally NO Visa's - this is a 6 month fixed term contract with an opportunity to extend and/or go permanent! Manage end-to-end recruitment life-cycle for diverse roles. What you'll do: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various corporate and commercially focused positions. Oversee key recruitment activities including candidate screening, shortlisting, conducting interviews, extending offers, and coordinating onboarding. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to engage qualified candidates. Deliver a positive and professional experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment process. Drive the People Value Proposition (PVP). Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders. What you bring: Experience with the system - WORKDAY. Tech recruitment experience extremely desirable. Solid in-house experience in corporate talent acquisition function. Experience managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. In-depth knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment tools, and talent management practices. Ability to think strategically with a commercial mindset. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems.
