You will be organised, adaptable, and capable of working across multiple projects and timelines. You will be a reliable source of information for each of the teams, with a curious mind, a desire to learn and excellent relationship management skills. RESPONSIBILITIES Own resource allocation across projects, ensuring the right skills are in play. Work closely with delivery teams to forecast resourcing needs. Keep a pulse on consultant availability, capacity, and project timelines. Collaborate with leadership to optimise workforce planning. REQUIREMENTS Experience in resourcing, workforce planning, or project coordination. A knack for organisation, problem-solving, and clear communication. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. Bonus: Knowledge of Salesforce or the consulting world. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and related domains. Knowledge of applications, relational databases and web technologies. Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies. A desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based environment.
