Stakeholder Engagement – Work closely with senior executives, external partners, and community leaders to drive responsible gaming initiatives. Innovation & Continuous Improvement – Identify and implement emerging best practices and technologies. Team Leadership – Manage and develop a team of 30-40 professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. About You: Proven senior leadership experience in regulatory, risk, or compliance. Strong track record of stakeholder engagement at Board and Executive levels. Expertise in managing regulatory bodies and ensuring compliance with governance frameworks. Ability to drive strategic initiatives and deliver measurable business outcomes.
