We’re on the hunt for a dedicated, experienced General Manager to lead our very first Australian team. We’re looking for a leader with an authentic vision and uncompromising standards, ready to be part of something iconic. Your Role: As the General Manager, you’ll manage day-to-day operations while setting the standard for exceptional service and food quality. You’ll lead a team of Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Crew Members, driving strong results and keeping customers coming back. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership – Guide, motivate, and develop your team, ensuring they’re equipped and ready to deliver top-notch service. Drive Operations – Oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, from service quality to efficiency, aligning with company policies and values. Financial Management – Maintain budgets, monitor the P&L, and ensure profit targets are consistently met. Community Engagement – Build relationships within the local community to create a welcoming space and grow the store’s presence. Safety Oversight – Implement and manage WHS standards, keeping customers, staff, and visitors safe while ensuring compliance. Talent Development – Identify team members’ strengths, providing training and development to help them grow. Uphold Standards – Ensure food quality, workplace safety, and store presentation always meet the high standards we’re known for. What You Bring: Proven leadership with strong communication and people skills – You know how to get the best out of your team. Financial acumen – Comfortable with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management. Resilience and problem-solving skills – Calm and collected when challenges arise. Solid knowledge of compliance and food safety standards. A customer-first mindset and commitment to exceptional service.
