We are currently on the lookout for a Restaurant and Guest Experience Manager who will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional and memorable experience for all guests by overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, managing service standards, and leading a high-performing team. This role requires a passionate hospitality professional with a keen eye for detail, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere. Be an ambassador for our beer and brewery to our guests and team. Actively engage with guests to gather feedback and implement improvements to enhance their experience. Develop and implement initiatives that continuously strive to improve the overall guest experience. Operational Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and efficient workflow. Monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service. Manage and adhere to a labour budget for the restaurant. Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to optimize operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. Manage compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. Lead, inspire, and develop a passionate team to deliver exceptional service and meet performance goals. Conduct regular beer, wine, beverage & culinary training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of the team. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages growth and accountability. Assist in managing budgets, costs, and financial targets related to the restaurant operations. Analyse sales and performance data to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency. Regularly meet with the General Manager & Venue Manager to report on the performance of the restaurant. Drive revenue through effective upselling and promotions. Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all touchpoints of the guest experience align with the Felons Brewing Co. brand values. Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotional activities and events. What we are looking for: Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-volume venue. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in financial management and cost control. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
