The Role As Restaurant Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our restaurant’s success. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards in food quality, service, and customer satisfaction. Leading by example, you’ll inspire and develop your team to deliver exceptional dining experiences, while also managing the smooth running of the restaurant. Your key responsibilities include: Overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, from opening to closing. Ensuring excellent food quality, service standards, and overall guest satisfaction. Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team. Managing customer feedback and resolving issues with professionalism. Monitoring and achieving financial and performance goals, including budgets and targets. Maintaining a positive and productive work environment for all staff members. Skills & Experience To excel in this role, you’ll bring: Previous experience in a leadership position within a casual dining or fast-paced restaurant environment. A proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. A passion for delivering high-quality food and exceptional guest service. Problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on leadership approach. Flexibility to work rotating rosters, including weekends and public holidays.
