Restaurant Marketing Manager (Hospitality Agency) Manage a portfolio of restaurant brands, delivering our marketing products and helping restaurants grow their revenue in 2025. The Company SERV. Agency is a marketing agency for hospitality. Our clients are restaurants, bars, and wedding venues all over Australia. Our successful model means we're expanding rapidly, and we're seeking digital marketers with an appetite to grow and help power exciting restaurant brands. Primarily based in Sydney and Melbourne, we are a team of around 20 performance and creative marketers. We're a fast-growing agency, with ambitious plans, and our culture is based on performance and creating fantastic outcomes for our clients. The Role Manage a portfolio of 10 clients. Work with some of Australia's best venues delivering exceptional digital campaigns that drive revenue, brand loyalty, and awareness. Use your detailed marketing knowledge to grow a brand on social, drive loyalty through email, earn visibility with SEO, and create content for the website and campaigns. You'll be accountable for the successful delivery and reporting for each client, ably supported by design and technical teams. You'll receive an abundance of training around the SERV. Agency product, and essential feedback without being micromanaged. Your Credentials We're looking for candidates with values that mirror our own. You'll need to demonstrate expertise in social media, Meta paid ads, SEO, website content (using Squarespace), and email marketing. Ideally, you will have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a restaurant marketer or in a role within a marketing agency. Only Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered. This is a client-facing role, and therefore account management experience is preferable. Office Location and Flexibility Applicants will be required to work at least 3 days per week from our office in Sydney (we have an express lift direct into the food court in Westfield!) with some flexibility. Work from home privileges are based on autonomy. As a Senior Restaurant Marketing Manager your base salary will be $110k + incentives + super.
