We are now looking for a Restaurant Sales Coordinator who has proven experience as a general all-rounder in a high-end building environment who can be a part of this award-winning team. About you: QT Perth is on the lookout for a Restaurant Sales Coordinator SUPERSTAR to join the expanding F&B and Sales Team. You will be an integral part of the team success in a key role, supporting the F&B team and Sales team with all aspects of restaurant bookings both for individuals and groups. Be bold, be passionate and be part of a team that want to achieve more. Be the ONE. Your day-to-day duties will be to: About the Role: Field all incoming telephone calls to the F&B Department. Contact and reply to guests with efficiency and friendliness and in accordance with the established Hotel procedural guidelines. Key support role of the F&B team - working to increase restaurant covers and efficiency in the management of the restaurant CRM. Eye for detail, passion for organisation and superior communication skills, both written and verbal. Use Sevenrooms CRM to book and manage restaurant enquiries, private dining bookings and small reserved area at the Rooftop. Use iVvy CRM system to track event enquiries, bookings and client details, produce proposal, contract, event order and invoice. Use Opera CRM system to track payments for F&B internal events. Prepare deposit and final Pro-Forma tax invoices as per Terms and Conditions. Ensure post event follow-up is completed by phone in the first instance after all events and OPERA account is correctly charged and closed. Assist with site inspections when required. You will report directly to the Food & Beverage Manager and Event Sales Manager. Benefits: Renowned for our refreshingly local, down-to-earth experiences. Previous experience with iVvy, Sevenrooms and Opera desirable. Passion for Hospitality, amazing communication skills both on the phone & in person. Excellent attention to detail & commitment to high standards.
