Salary: $85,000 per annumLocation: Cnr George St, Bond St, Sydney NSW 2000Contract Type: Permanent Full TimeEmployer: Mantra Hospitality Admin Pty Ltd Primary Responsibilities Oversee all operational aspects of the Restaurant & Bar areas and develop innovative and insightful strategies for optimising guest experience and revenue growth opportunities Leverage your extensive expertise to guide and mentor your team, ensuring they consistently craft memorable moments Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef in creating menus, wine lists, and beverage offerings Manage all administrative and planning aspects of the department, including but not limited to scheduling, reporting, package and promotion development, recruitment, personnel management, inventory management, and ordering Skills and Experience Prior experience as either a Restaurant & Bar Manager or Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager Robust leadership skills to engage, inspire, and cultivate your team, fostering a positive workplace atmosphere Proven track record in managing budgets, overseeing inventory, and creating staff schedules Effective communicator with adept skills in stakeholder management, both internally and externally Flexibility to accommodate a varied work schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays Exceptional organisational skills with a knack for prioritisation and a keen sense of urgency Demonstrated ability to maintain composure and effectiveness when faced with high-pressure situations Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / Territory At Accor, we welcome you as you are.
