Restaurant Supervisor & Part Time Floor Staff - Orange & Bathurst NSW Position: Full time restaurant supervisor (Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant required) Part time floor staff (No experience required) Raku Izakaya and Kisuya Japanese restaurant is located in Central NSW (Orange & Bathurst). In order to achieve our substantial growth, we are seeking experienced Full time restaurant supervisor (Minimum 2 years of experience required) and Part time floor staff. RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR About the role This is an excellent opportunity to join the Raku Izakaya or Kisuya Japanese restaurant as a Supervisor. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient restaurant management. This full-time position is based in Orange NSW or Bathurst NSW. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $57,000~ $62,000 per year What we are looking for: At least 2+ years' restaurant experience in a similar role within the hospitality/restaurant industry The ability to work a rotating 7-day roster Great leadership qualities along with the ability to inspire, train and develop the team Exceptional communication skills with employees, customers and clients Ability to drive service excellence with a keen eye for detail Knowledge of operations within a restaurant environment Qualification in hospitality would be an advantage for this role - MUST be available for flexible shifts for lunch & dinner, including Friday & Saturday shifts- Passionate hospitality professional with at least 2+ years’ experience in restaurant, bar & cafe PART TIME FLOOR STAFF - Available for flexible shifts / lunch and dinner / including Friday & Saturday shifts - Over 18 years old- Current NSW RSA required - Pay rate: Food and beverage attendant grade 2 $24.98 – $31.23 per hour - Expected working hours per week: 20~30 hours per week / up to your availability With customer service being the highest priority, teamwork, speed of service, confidence, the ability to multitask, friendly disposition, honesty, and integrity are essential.
