About the role Join our Retail Operations team as a Retail Analyst and take charge of driving operational excellence. Leverage our cutting-edge Network Assurance Framework to make data-driven decisions that boost efficiency, ensure compliance, maximize revenue, and cut costs. What you’ll do Conduct in-depth analysis of retail operations data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards to provide insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions and optimise processes. Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives within the Retail Operations team. Analyse customer behaviour and market trends to inform decision-making. Your experience Relevant tertiary qualification in commerce, economics, mathematics or other relevant numeric discipline Experience in performing settlements or transactional function and ability to analyse and interpret results and identify key issues Hands on experience in SQL, Excel and analytics tools Demonstrated willingness and ability to learn new skills Highly developed ability to work in a team environment and effectively prioritise workload If you like the sound of this, and you've got experience in a similar role, we'd love to talk to you.
