The position is responsible for driving sales growth, increasing market share, and ensuring Aussie settlement targets and business values of the franchisee are achieved.The role supports around 20 stores in northern Sydney. We are open to candidates located north of the Sydney CBD who are willing to travel to the Mid North Coast, Hunter Valley, Newcastle, and Central Coast.Job Description Conducting regular business activities in person and virtually with Franchisee to coach franchise performance, business planning and business development. Working closely with each Franchisee to assist with local area marketing, training, recruitment, and retention programs. Implement best practice, benchmarking, and performance management across the franchise portfolio for achievement of settlement amount to budget. Providing regular updates on the franchisee portfolio and presenting on franchisee performance. Increase footprint of the region by increasing the number of franchises in the region.
