Retail Cleaning Operatives - Full-Time, Part-Time & Casual Trident Services is inviting applications for Full-Time, Part Time and Casual Cleaning roles to commence April 1st at a Premium site in Townsville. Cleaning Operative – Premium Retail Site Trident Services Cleaning Pty Ltd is a leading provider of integrated services, specializing in cleaning and security solutions across retail centers and airports throughout Australia. We take pride in delivering proactive, well-managed services that exceed client expectations. We are thrilled to announce that Trident has been awarded the contract for the provision of Cleaning Services at Townsville Shopping Centre. In anticipation of a 1 April commencement, we are inviting applications for Full-Time, Part-Time & Casual Retail Cleaning roles. These roles require a strong focus on customer service and the ability to maintain high cleaning standards in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform daily cleaning tasks to uphold the site’s cleanliness and presentation. Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Adhere to all safety procedures and workplace policies. Be available for shifts on a 24/7 rotating roster , including weekends and public holidays. Requirements: Unrestricted driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle . Strong communication and interpersonal skills . Professional presentation with a positive and friendly attitude . Physically capable of prolonged walking and manual cleaning tasks. Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality work. Previous experience in floor stripping and sealing (preferred but not essential).
