About the Role The primary role of the Retail Manager is to lead and manage employees, working alongside the Managing Pharmacist. In addition, you are also responsible for: Coordinating staff recruitment Coordinating staff training and development activities Supporting and contributing a cooperative organisational culture Assisting with customer service queries Resolving staffing issues and stock discrepancies Ensuring organisational policies and procedures are followed Maintaining workplace Occupational Health and Safety About You Passionate employees are the key to our success. Effective leadership and management skills Ability to manage underperforming staff and other staffing issues that may arise Efficient problem-solving skills Proficiency in using computer systems Excellent customer service skills Strong communication skills among all stakeholders Dedicated work ethic Eye of detail and accuracy The successful applicant will be required to meet a satisfactory National Criminal History Check outcome.
