Retail Manager / Stock Control - TerryWhite Chemmart Pacific Fair Join the team at TerryWhite Chemmart and be part of one of the most trusted brands in Pharmacy where we believe health is everything! Role: We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Retail Manager / Stock Controller to join our team at TerryWhite Chemmart Pacific Fair. This is a Full time role working Monday to Friday, and we can be very flexible to negotiate on what hours you work each day. We are also open to part time hours if this balance suits your lifestyle better. Your main function will be to assist the Pharmacy owner manage the team and inventory for the pharmacy. Duties will include: Ordering stock from wholesalers and suppliers Receiving stock and managing invoices/paperwork Merchandising the pharmacy, setting up promotions and ticketing Inventory management/stock takes Monitoring stock performance, managing rebates & ensuring stock is maintained to agreed budgeted levels Leading, motivating, and training staff Ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations Maximising sales and controlling expenses including wages and shrinkage You will have: Previous experience in pharmacy in a similar role is essential It would be great if you have previous experience working with the TerryWhite brand, but not essential Exemplary communication, interpersonal & customer service skills High attention to detail and excellent administrative abilities An enthusiastic and positive attitude Ability to encourage and motivate a team If you would like to know more, please contact Peter on 0428 895 601 for a confidential discussion; otherwise, APPLY NOW!
