Tasks and Duties Determine product mix, stock levels, and service standards to ensure proper product availability and quality customer service. Develop and implement purchasing and marketing policies, including pricing strategies. Promote and advertise products and services to increase visibility and attract customers. Sell products and services to customers, providing advice on product usage and benefits. Maintain records of stock levels and financial transactions for effective tracking and decision-making. Create and manage budgets to allocate resources and control costs. Oversee staff recruitment, training, and supervision to ensure a skilled and motivated team. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for staff and customers. Qualifications & Experience Relevant qualifications in Business Management or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred, demonstrating strong skills in financial, organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
