What you’ll do: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to drive the Retail Design and Planning process for both our corporate and franchise stores. This role involves the end-to-end management of the retail planning process, including supporting and embedding our new formats into business as usual. As the leader of a customer-facing team, you will play a key role in building team capabilities to meet the increased investment plan outlined in the corporate strategy. You will inspire and motivate both direct reports and store-based teams, fostering a high-performance and highly engaged culture. In addition, you will oversee all design and planning requirements for both new and existing stores, with a focus on pharmacy and new beauty offerings. What you’ll bring: Extensive management-level experience in Store Planning, Standards, and Design within retail environments. Strong leadership and resilience, with a proven ability to perform under pressure and develop high-performing teams. Expertise in negotiation, stakeholder communication, and anticipating issues, with a solutions-focused and strategic mindset. Customer-centric, skilled in building relationships across all levels and delivering results through collaboration. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with excellent time management, and a willingness to travel frequently. Holds a degree, preferably at the Master's level. Why us?
