About Bridge Eye Care: We're a locally owned and operated practice in the Murray Bridge Marketplace, proudly serving the Murraylands community. Our practice features an established team of three optometrists and seven support staff, delivering comprehensive and personalized eyecare and eyewear solutions. Under the leadership of Kristin and Kelly, we've built our reputation on providing exceptional, personalized care to every patient who walks through our doors. What You'll Do: Lead our friendly team of 10 healthcare professionals Drive business growth while maintaining our commitment to personalized patient care Manage daily operations, from customer experience to financial management Support our community involvement initiatives and local sports team sponsorships Ensure our mission of delivering comprehensive and personalized eyecare solutions Help maintain our practice culture of progressive technology adoption and knowledge advancement What You'll Bring: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and personalized experiences Retail management experience (Healthcare background advantageous) Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills Excellence in team leadership and staff development Ability to maintain strong community relationships Experience with healthcare systems and insurance claiming Why Join Us?
