Job Description

Introduction:About Us Novita provides early intervention, rehabilitation, therapy, assistive technology and disability services to more than 4,300 people living with disability, as well as support for their families and carers. Our primary purpose is to enable kids, young people and adults living with disability and their families to participate in the community to their full potential. Description: Conducting in-store and in-home retail equipment trials Making a significant contribution to retail revenue by selling NovitaTech extensive range of products Developing ongoing relationships with clinicians, NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) support coordinators, Aged Care Wellness and Lifestyle Coordinators and disability advocates to drive referrals, revenue and contribute to the achievement of business goals Working collaboratively and fostering a positive and supportive “team first” approach with other members of the Novitatech Retail, Business Development and Logistics teams Increasing the profile of Novitatech internally with Novita staff to drive internal referrals and provide additional value for Novita clients Building NovaTech's brand as a trusted advisor and problem solver, including keeping up to date with current and new products Providing a timely response to customers and delivering a level high customer satisfaction Actively contribute to the achievement of defined objectives and performance expectations Actively participate in training & development opportunities that focus on continuous improvement, improving business capacity, capability, and outcomes Skills and Experiences: A minimum of 4 years sales experience in an AT retail environment A demonstrable record of accomplishment of achieving product sales targets A strong knowledge and expertise of non-customisable disability and aged care equipment Experience using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software applications in a retail environment and sound computing skills, particularly Microsoft Office applications Strong selling and influencing skills, including the ability to develop long term business relationships Resilience, drive and a high motivation to respond to customer needs and priorities in a timely manner Integrity, a passion for problem-solving and a continuous improvement mindset An organised and proactive approach to your work An ability to work independently and with a team to achieve goals We’re serious about safeguarding our clients. Remuneration Package And Benefits Total remuneration package includes base salary, annual leave loading and statutory superannuation contribution. Enjoy salary packaging up to $15,900 of your salary, increasing your take-home pay by approximately $5,000. Further salary-packaging benefits available include meal and entertainment expenses, accommodation and venue hire, private novated leasing and additional superannuation contributions.
