As a Sales Assistant (or Sports Leader as we call it), your role is to ensure all customers leave our stores ‘Delighted or delighted’. From a friendly and professional welcome through to a quick and easy payment process, your role is to always deliver a 5-star shopping experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Service: Through your own passion for sports, you share your tips and experience with users, and through our hands-on product training, you are able to give the best technical advice for the sports you are responsible for in your dedicated department. Merchandising: Every Sports Advisor is encouraged to take responsibility to autonomously manage stock levels and pricing and to provide a high level of merchandising so that each customer can easily find the right product for their sporting practice. Check Outs: Each teammate has the skills and enthusiasm to work on the customer checkouts, making a lasting impression on every customer. Deliveries: You will manage and process deliveries of stock and goods with high efficiency in mind. WHO YOU ARE You are an active sportsperson who is passionate about sport; it is part of your life! Problem solver with excellent communication skills. You are a team player who thrives in fast-changing environments. You are ambitious and want to grow in responsibilities and develop your career. Able to play as part of the team during the busiest times (weekends and holidays). We offer full-time roles but are looking for ambitious profiles who want to grow by taking more responsibility in the future and working towards becoming a Department Manager.
