Retail Store Leadership and Skin Therapist Positions The role: Assistant Store Manager and Skin Therapist (Tuesday-Saturday) opportunities The roster: Full-Time (38 hours per week) - Sunday to Thursday roster The location: RATIONALE Brisbane on James Street You will: Deliver luxury end-to-end client retail experiences. Drive the people leadership and development of your store team. Lead a positive, high-performing team culture. Lead sales initiatives to drive commercial success, meeting store KPIs. Deliver sales reporting to your retail leadership team. Manage the rostering and smart booking scheduling of your store and its services. Oversee and manage store operations and administration tasks. Be empowered with an education onboarding program and ongoing training. Provide informative skin analysis and tailored skincare product plans to your clients. For those with beauty and skin therapy qualifications, perform RATIONALE’s world-class luxury facial treatments, with use of non-invasive modalities and massage techniques. The role: Skin Therapist opportunities The roster: Full-Time (38 hours per week) on Tuesday-Saturday, or Part-Time (3 days) on Sunday + Monday The location: RATIONALE Brisbane on James Street You will: Deliver luxury end-to-end client retail and service experiences. Be empowered with an education onboarding program and ongoing training. Perform RATIONALE’s world-class luxury facial treatments. Apply our professional-grade formulations with a luxury massage technique, and utilise non-invasive modalities (LED, cryotherapy and ultrasound). Experience delivering excellent client service in a retail, luxury, spa or clinic environment, in a similar role. Experience in leading high-performing teams, and supporting individual performance and development goals. Experience in leading and driving sales results and commercial success. Experience in implementing operational excellence and administrative processes. Passion for skincare, building client rapport and relationships, and delivering on client skin goals. Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive time management and organisational skills. Openness to ongoing education and team collaboration within a positive team culture.
